The Virtual Candidate
Stayed with me last week. The real man remained in Washington,
but this robot answered questions quite effectively. On taxation
he was profound,really,as opposed to the inane candidate.
I was taken aback,though,by his question to me.
“Is there a room where I can go jerk off?”
“You mean virtually jerk off?”
“Whatever. A real room where I can virtually jerk off?”
“This...is difficult culturally. Very upsetting,” I shook my head.
“Hard for me. All of us. We’re pioneers here.”
