The Pretty Girl
They'll never outlaw the pretty girl.
One in a commercial this instant, for-
get the inane scenario & useless product.
Unfair to girls my mother labeled plain.
Visiting Yale just after women admitted,
my son remarked They don’t hafta
look this bad. (The black carnation in
the armpit didn’t help.) But, many gals
get it every which way, don't they?
A man can resemble the asshole
of a southbound yak. Given a balance
sheet, lovely women will grace
his hirsute presence.
