Respecting Larceny
In freezing mega billions
sly dictator purloined,
the large boys should at
minimum leave a sock to
maintain him and staff
in a rambling villa midst
orange groves some-
place. (Where is Franco
when you need him?)
Maybe he can join
his rainy day fund
in the Caymans, along-
side American familiars.
