Son, 70, fetches
Mom for a ride
outside Assisted Living!
Gray-on-Gray.
Hey! She can’t shit,
& he can’t fart!
Though thus bereft,
We play our parts.
and with some wit,
would you believe?
It’s an art
to age.
The rage
for living
we have left.
