Passion Married Lassitude
with hope she could spark him.
His, that she’d begin seeing
each crisis not the final end.
They worked, thus, one on
the other. Effectively enough.
Her friends perceive her larking
just the tiniest bit; his dream-
world gets gentle injection
of the mildest reality.
It goes on so, but can’t
for long. Lassitude finds
equal partner and both there-
in get plenty of sleep. Passion
ultimately marries male her.
They murder each other.
