ROCCO
Hey! I caught another! Only about seven Republicans in South Philadelphia, and I got one here!
ANOTHER
Consider yourself blessed.
ROCCO
Listen! Bush is heading for the exits and the big debate question is: Worst president, or Buchanan holds onto the title?
ANOTHER
Let’s be a little patient. Maybe we can nudge the Socialists aside who write the history books. Just maybe he’ll be ranked okay.
ROCCO
Well, don’t make the case now. I’m really not seeking to embarrass you.
ANOTHER
Uh huh?
ROCCO
And really, the more transcendent question is how much have Republicans stolen over the past eight years? Are we in the high billions range? Maybe a tril?
ANOTHER
Democrats don’t steal?
ROCCO
Awkwardly! Never as great an art form. We’re like Grandma Moses to your Michelangelo!
ANOTHER
Uh huh. Off the subject, Presidential might surprise you.
ROCCO
Not at all. Same theme. Grand Theft Ohio. Will it be enough this time?
ANOTHER
What you call theft, I call creativity.
