Republicans truly burn
with desire
of drilling offshore!
Corporate Whores.
Safe! they insist
and technological
to beat the brand.
Oily presentations.
But I resort to metaphor.
When the real thing arrives in
fallen coils of blackened birds
and tons of fish dead in muck,
they'll claim bad luck,
who could’ve foreseen such?
