states that recalcitrant workers
can be beaten--only though with
a physician present. Oh haven't
irresponsible managers walked
out on their responsibilities before!
Well those days are gone forever!
And before the other side pipes up
with their Goody-Two-Shoes-ism,
Supreme Court has found not
cruel and unusual punishment
but quite appropriate indeed."
