NFL
Players want share
of additional funds
owners earn or extort.
Their retort: Uppity! Not,
too PR savvy for that.

Moving To China
-Project complete when Mr H in other chair sign.
But is what you call crank. And the outspoken.
-Good! I'm tired of going round and round
Robin Hood's Barn.
-I no translate Robin Hood, his barn.
-He'll get it from the round and round.
-Mr T has worry, environment. The many laws you broken.
-Hey! You can't put all your money in sucking out the toxins.
There's a risk in the process as there is everywhere in Capitalism.
-He's says you leave states after poison American worker,
and now want poison Chinese!
-I visit the factory often. Take a chance like everyone.
There are risks as I say! But everything gets overblown
when Democrats in.
-But he says now--I think change the mind--we have
the many workers.
-That's the spirit! Sounds like Confucius.
-He pleased by Confucius!
-All right then! Rock n’ Roll! Will that translate?
-Perfect!

Two Attitudes
EUROPEAN CITIZEN
Why remain here if no advantage? Charm and culture will sustain,
but only after health and decency. I expect social benefits and realize
they're expensive and we all of us must pay.
AMERICAN BILLIONAIRE
Butt out, Nanny! Oh there are rare instances when your massive cash
needed by me to avert disaster for everyone.
So, privatize gain and socialize loss, yeah! I love it!
In any case, it's advantageous for all to help out, as it is for me to pay
little or no tax.
As a general rule, though, GIVE ME ELBOW ROOM AND GET THE HELL
OUT OF THE WAY!
As to day-to-day enigmas, well the weak sisters will always be with us.
Much as I enjoy their begging the government, preferably in English,
they're best handled by the those tireless do-gooders in churches.
Amen. And fuck you!

At the Great Fiesta
Pickpockets worked the crowd.
So many that screams of
the dispossessed formed waves
of sickening dopplers.
Peasants wandered the chaos
seeking lost pants. Whores
had dropped them in fleeing,
and boys got a penny from merchants
who sold them back on usurious
terms after ridiculing penis
size to joyous drunks.
Mountebanks shouted
to regain the audience.
