Republican Heaven
Pleasant to be greeted
by an Angel with every
feather right!
I speak to him of my fear
re GREAT REPLACEMENT!
--even here. But he brightly reassures:
“Not a Worry!" There being
a separate but equal heaven
for jungle types and their
yellowish co-libtards!
"All so-OOOO Politically Correct-de-deck-TEE!"
Exult I then of course…
and...actually...some black music
quite interesting. Acceptable therefore!
Plus every major city
possesses a CHINATOWN
with interesting food.
(Use your napkin to clean
the cutlery beforehand
just to be sure!)
But obviously the greatest glory in a Heaven
for our OWN Kind
is the absence of Socialist
“Intellectuals” and their wooly
theories of nothing!
(& of course we leave Jews
to their weird devices...
'nuff said.)

His Own Man
Ralphie the Salesman had
two bosses, and never
knew which would show.
Teresa Wong founded
Chinese Women Warriors
on historical evidence.
She taught Oriental Studies
at Baruch College.
But, somehow, was the only
Chinese member of the group
presently.
Ralphie's wife Kesselly belonged.
This night she goes to a meeting.
Ralphie has invited Hart Lizzo
to watch the Yanks against Clevelnd
on TV.
Hart his retired mentor at Glurtzman Industries.
He fades in just after Kess storms out in her
warrior outfit.
The game goes well, the men awash
in Bud and Fritos.
Yanks lead by ten! after only two
innings.
Cleveland being humiliated, and
Ralphie loves humiliation.
Hart eventually snores lightly,
but gets startled awake at the
announcers shouting, and
pronounces
"Oceans of bullshit!"
When Kess get home it takes the two
of them to wake him.
Next day at work Hanzy asks him what
Burke has instructed, and nods sarcastically.
Truth is Ralphie did what he pleased, and told
whichever boss in range that the other boss
had okayed it.
Thus he bought the cheapest chocolates
Walgreen sells for Mrs Renton of Renton LLC
who had come through with fewer orders lately.
She's touched! Gives him three quick orders
on the spot.
He has bought the identical box for his wife.
No occasion, just ‘Love Day!’ as he’ll tell her.
He has a plan for Teresa Wong and her too.
Feeling that the Chinese Warrior Women
has descended into gossip, and that
Teresa too busy to care, he researches
small hand axes on the web. Gives them
one each.
Ends up storing several in the basement.
Correctly, because General Linda Snelling,
will tell him to send them all to her.
And bill The Warriors.
Then Dr Teresa Wong gains interest again,
devising a drill for the women where,
of course, they brandish the axes at the
piggish War Lords.
At the Yankee game a few weeks later, Hart
intones through snores, “Oceans of Bullshit.”
“Yeah, and beautiful!”
Even the Yankees being humiliated by
the Red Sox can't deflate a Salesman!

Moving Through the Fringe
An organic supermarket still not the
fashion in the outer borough, but
Dierdre helped with the change
by dancing outside, just past the carts.
She parked her baby in some shade
and, understandably, went at half
the speed she had Off-Broadway.
Joined after a week by a Chinese man,
who performed the moves you’d see
in a Shanghai park.
Occasionally the two spotted each other
and changed the pace to suit. Lovely
moments.
A third person showed. Flamenco male
who whispered to a phantom partner.
Often with ardor, but frequently disdain.
We could sense her shrinking away at
the later.
But returning with fire!
Hester and Emily had a patriotic act and thought
of adding it, but Hester felt the three out there
just right for now.
They marched martially from the Bon Ton Diner,
on Tuesdays and Thursdays, after English with
Strawberry Jam.

Free Market Has the Answer Of Course!
-All the marvelous electronic
systems, and goofuses wandering
into the White House anyway!
-And Congress boiling up one of their
usual rehearsed fits about it!
-Okay, I'm bidding on the New Protection
Package. All the same electro-horseshit,
plus twenty Chinamen with binoculars on
the rooftop. I'm bringing ’em in!
-Buck or two an hour?
-At least! And all the kimchi they
can eat!
-That's Korean.
-Fuck 'em! They're all the same.

The Existence of the Chinese Palindrome
“Is there even such a a thing?” asks Marcy Chang of
Hong Kong TV, after A man, a plan, a canal--Panama!
Mr ‘Mystery’ replied by smiling. He proved more forthcoming
about the other mottos and proverbs lining his wall.
He translated the one in Spanish to English and to Chinese.
He who is bent on revenge should dig two graves.
“Are there any fun ones?”
“Not really. Some quite grim, but most inspirational in the
American style.”
Every day in every way I'm getting better and better!
Her audience liked that sort of thing the best, so she
pressed sweetly.
But Mr Mystery said that proverb very nearly ended
his life. He had destroyed a previous room because of
his inability to live up to it.
“That much passion! If you'll excuse my saying so, you
don't look...”
“There had been some drinking.”
“And is there now?”
“None! A day at a time.”
“Are you AA?”
“No, but Mr Mystery is.”
A fire in Kowloon, so Marcy had to wrap it up.

Trio, Marooned
“Jicks and I thought we’d avoid the jealously thing, if you...?
We shared you?”
But Marnie tells them she’s a Jill seeking another.
Jicks and Bell agree it’s just bad luck.
They continue to work on the large dugout canoe.
On huge-moon nights they have heard faint slapping noises
from a nearby island. Why the women washed clothes at that
hour makes for much speculation.
They decide on a night raid, to kidnap three. Marnie just
laughs when they ask how she can be sure she’ll pick a Jill.
Comes the raid, finally, and the sea turns rougher than Bell
has planned, the moon obscured by low clouds. They come
tantalizingly close, the laundry song booming in the stormy
atmospherics. Lightning illuminates the mass of women.
Then the canoe is swept out into the further, stroboscopic
ocean, where the rain eventually ceases.
Their luck changes at first light when they’re picked up by a
Chinese freighter.
The women doctor treats them equally, but with a tiny smile
towards Marnie.
Who lives in Beijing presently; the men have successfully married,
but dream the laundry song of moonlit nights.

The Chinese Century
For Love and Glory
-We're supposed to be into the Chinese Century,
but look at their New Years, and all the nonsense
with dragons. Dragons! Oh my!
-You're implying no more dragons to be feared,
and even slain?
-Cut it out!
-How about metaphorically? Buoy us up a bit!
-I don't deal in figures of speech.
-I bet you don't even want Mickey Rooney and
Judy Garland to find an old barn in Connecticut
and put on a show!
-Not really.
-Or Fred and Ginger to dance by signs of
railroad stations right up to Broadway's Palace?
-Toodley-doo.
-But people want a show! To see one or...
-My show's the bottom line.
-A fine and private place,
but none, I fear, do there embrace.
-Poetry! The very definition of useless.
-Let’s make a movie!
-Where I'm converted to bullshit at the end?
Buying statues for the peasants’ church?
-Better than your version.
-Mine just wins!

One half the world laughs at the other half
-How do we get with the laughers?
-Behave ourselves!
-Too steep a price.
-Wherefore is the modern Chinese in this matter?
-Too busy manufacturing.
-Yeah for coolie wages, so nothing changes.
-Don't go too Lefty on me! You'll ruin everything. I just got
two nice speakers.
-(sings) O sneakers and speakers and you-ooo-ooo-ooo-ooo.
-Go permanently to the laughed-at half!
-I'll just laugh back. That's what you're missing in all of this:
full reciprocal thrust of the proverb.
-Who cares? They're inscrutable anyway.
-How're the speakers?
-Quite nice.
-Scrutable?
-Only the music.

Back to the Land of Shed Grace
Travel for No Apparent Reason
-Well, how'd it go?
-Too many Chinamen!
-You'd expect that there.
-In your face!
-I heard there are about a billion.
-They musta bussed them all in to all the decrepit
tombs and whatever. You couldn't move!
-So? Culture huh?
-That's the wife. She picked it.
-A college girl, if I'm not mistaken.
-Whole shitloads of ivy has grown since she--
-Any culinary discoveries? Maybe you could
persuade your favorite Chinese restaurant to...
-We go to Lee's once in a blue moon.
-That's Korean.
-Same difference.
